Tamara “Tammy” Brown, an author and entrepreneur enthusiast, is the owner of several small businesses including “Ask Tammy” Business Consulting, where she coaches and consults entrepreneurs on the basics of small business startup and empowers those who require that extra push to tap into their gifts and talents. Her eclectic background and goal-getter approach has earned her a reputation as one with innovative and creative ideas. She is fueled by her purpose and as a result loves to speak to students, entrepreneurs, and other creatives. After working in Corporate America for 25 years, Tammy’s passion now lies in being an entrepreneur and advancing others through her consulting which include signature topics such as “Unleashing The Gift” and “Keys To A Side Hustle”. Tammy holds a BS in Consumer Economics from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, a MA in Applied Information Systems from DePaul University, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the PMI Institute. She currently owns four small businesses, co-owner of a fourth, and has acquired up to nine streams of income.
